LRG clothing is a line of clothing that came about in 1999 in California specifically Orange County. Jonas Bevacqua and MC Robert Wright are the pioneers of LRG clothing which is articulated as "L" "R" "G". LRG stands for Lifted Research Group fashions or the roots of people, whatever you want to call it this clothing line is hot. The way Bevacqua and Wright met was through a co-worker. Wright was already an MC and designer who wanted to create his own clothing label, he had the experience because of him working for companies such as Quicksilver. When Bevacqua was introduced to Wright both of their ideas came into effect with Bevacqua creating the logo and Wright having the resources. They received a little help because of Bevacquas friends father giving them capitol to jumpstart their business. Their business was slow at first but they eventually came out to become a big success.
