Well if you didnt know America is the fattest country in the world. It is because of all the advertisements on bad foods on t.v, radios, and even on the internet......well thats what I believe.

Everybody is trying to lose weight as well in this country and we all waste our money on stupid weight loss pills, tapes, and shakes.

Well the only way to lose weight efficiently and effectively is by losing 1-2 pounds a week.

You may say to yourself what type of nonsense am I speaking. But this is true if you lose more than that a week you could put back on your fat two times more than you originally started.

You should not starve yourself to try and lose weight the reason being, if you starve yourself you will be very unhealthy and weak and probably grumpy. And as soon as you start eating again, you will gain all of the weight back and probably more.

Another reason not to starve yourself is because when you do your metabolism slows down which is useful for you to burn the calories you consume.

If you are trying to eat healthy you need to eat 5-6 meals a day. BUT good quality 5-6 meals a day with the right nutrition and vitamins.

Well....Count your calories( meaning burn more calories than you take in...try to at least burn 500 calories a day through physical activity not just walking), drink nothing but water( no juice no soda), eat 4-5 good meals a day, and have patience!!

"Everyone Wants To Be Black Except You"

Well not everybody but there is a good majority of people in this world that do actually want to be black. I am not talking black where there is the stereotypes of a big nose, talking with a slang, pants down low etc.... I am talking about the color of a persons skin. Haven't you noticed the amount of caucasians that go to a tanning salon or the beach. There are reports of how alot of people are addicted to tanning like a person addicted too cigarettes. Many of people agreed that they would like a caramel/golden skin that glows instead of pale dull look.

This is why some may say women from Belize are one of the most beautiful girls seen. I also noticed of a trend of interracial couples. It always seems as if the whitest men is with the dark skinned girl(not light) and the whitest woman with the dark skinned man. When talking to one person about this they said they would prefer there spouse not to be pale, they had said color gives them an essence of beauty.

It is sad though that alot of people with color to them want to bleach their skin or use lotions to lighten their complexion.

Why cant everybody just be satisfied to who they are......We live in a very mixed world with different cultures where everyone is unique.

Just be satisfied of who you are whether your white, black, spanish, asian etc....

"Learn Something From A Cartoon"

Well if you didn't know about this comic strip turned tv show you are going to hear about it now.

The Boondocks was created by Aaron McGruder who started his comic strip at the University of Maryland, it first started as a comic strip in a famous hip-hop magazine known as The Source. But because of its popularity it was syndicated for nation distribution and turned up in more than 150 U.S newspapers as of 1999. The Boondocks is about two African American Chicago boys living in a predominately white suburbian area. It's most common topic is about race. It is shown on tv on cartoon network usually at 11 p.m.

I like The Boondocks because its a funny show that teaches about situations in a comedical way.

I believe there should be more cartoon shows that show issues to the world while making it appealing.

So check the show out if you dont like it than hey what can I say.

"Kingdom Come"

If you didnt know there has been discussions going around of the world ending December 2012. Do I believe in this..........hell F#!$%^ no. But it does rattle you a little bit.

I remember there was the Y2K scare where people would run to the stores and stock up in grocerys and appliances. I know this because my friend was one of them.

But I am going to go back to as why people think the world is going to end in 2012.

Well this whole story started because of the Mayans.

The Mayans was a civilization located in southern Mexico, Guatemala and Belize and flourished between the third and tenth centuries A.D. but they have dissapeared for reason that are unknown.

With the discovery of the Mayans there was the discovery of the Mayan Calender which marked the passage of time with three cycles that ran parallel.

- The 1st calender is called Tzolkin: It combine the numbers from 1 through 13 with a sequence of 20-day names.

                            ex. 1-Kimi is actually considered in our terms Monday the 1st

              > After 260 days the calender starts over.

- The 2nd calender is called The Haab: It consist of 18 months each with 20 days

              >  There is also another month which only consist of 5 days(known as the period of bad luck)

                      - Thus we get 365 days approx. a year.

              >  The purpose of the calender is to keeps track of seasonal and solar events which occurs roughly the same day of each year.

These two calenders harmonize every 52 days (It was expected the world would end everytime this happens)

- The 3rd calender is called "The Long Count": It is a continous record of days that starts over every 5000 yrs

              > The current Long Count started in August 13. 3114 B.C.

              > The Mayan date looks like this: 13.0.0.0.0 4 Ahau 8 Cumku

                  - 13.0.0.0.0 4 is the long count calender

                  - 8 Cumku is the Haab calender

                  - 4 Ahau is the Tzolin calender

In Mayan mythology Mayans believe every Long Count cycle creates a new world where the gods attempted to create worshipers and obedient creatures

              > The First Age was the creation of the Earth, it was destroyed because the birds and animals lacked speech

              > The Second Age the gods created humans out of mud but couldnt please the gods.

              > The Third Age the gods created humans out of mud but couldnt please the gods.

              > The Fourth Age    ?.....................I Guess we will see

It is said these Ages were the evolutionary change.

What is suppose to happen on December 2012:

* Pole Reversal- When this happens the north and south pole switches places this could lead to worldwide mass extinctions, volcanoes, and earthquakes.

* The Earth and Sun will be at the center of the milky way (what does this mean?)

"Cant Hide"

Well we all have heard the samething over and over from our parents saying, "I was a kid once" and "Back in my day I had too do this." Well since I dont have kids.............. I went and researched every parent and ask them what do they think........ I can find these are the things they say:

" The same way I acted as a kid is the same way my child is acting."

" I know my son is having sex but I was his age once so I am not going to be a hypocrite."

" Even when I was younger I use to think my parent's didnt know certain things, but when I grew up they told me they knew, and to validate it they explained what exactly I have done and what they have done in a similiar matter." " For example my mother knew I snucked out the house to see my boyfriend how I would put up the music in order for the creaky floors not to happen." "But she knew what was going on." "She told me she did the same thing." " She even said she went in my room when I sneaked out but didn't say anything."

" Oh believe me I know what is going on I just over look the situation because I didnt want to treat my kid the same way I was treated."

" Why do you think I am overprotective?" The stuff I did I am fearful for my child."(ha ha)

So there you go parents do know what is going. Well not exactly because of new technology and the way the world changes kids may still have a little edge because most parents nowadays do not know how to use some of the new gadgets being found today that is how some parents get manipulated.
