Well if you didnt know America is the fattest country in the world. It is because of all the advertisements on bad foods on t.v, radios, and even on the internet......well thats what I believe.

Everybody is trying to lose weight as well in this country and we all waste our money on stupid weight loss pills, tapes, and shakes.

Well the only way to lose weight efficiently and effectively is by losing 1-2 pounds a week.

You may say to yourself what type of nonsense am I speaking. But this is true if you lose more than that a week you could put back on your fat two times more than you originally started.

You should not starve yourself to try and lose weight the reason being, if you starve yourself you will be very unhealthy and weak and probably grumpy. And as soon as you start eating again, you will gain all of the weight back and probably more.

Another reason not to starve yourself is because when you do your metabolism slows down which is useful for you to burn the calories you consume.

If you are trying to eat healthy you need to eat 5-6 meals a day. BUT good quality 5-6 meals a day with the right nutrition and vitamins.

What is the best thing to do while losing weight?

Well....Count your calories( meaning burn more calories than you take in...try to at least burn 500 calories a day through physical activity not just walking), drink nothing but water( no juice no soda), eat 4-5 good meals a day, and have patience!!
